During treatments I focus on you rather than the clock therefore all timings are approximate.  Please also allow 5-10 minutes either side of your appointment for me to set up/clear up.

Holistic Massage Therapy

This is a prescriptive treatment based on your individual needs and is carried out using skin friendly carrier oils and Swedish massage techniques.

_Organic Aromatherapy Massage

Add another dimension to your massage with this prescriptive treatment using 100% organic essential oil blends by Balm Balm (Soil Association Certified).  This aroma-therapeutic massage aims to heal the body by helping it find a natural way to cure itself.  A blend is selected that suits your needs - for example for deep relaxation or a 'pick-me-up' or perhaps you need to ease tired, aching muscles.

Facial Rejuvenation 
(Natural Face Lift Massage)

Also known as a surgical-free face lift, this relaxing treatment targets specific areas of the face and neck, incorporating various techniques, to tone muscles and to reduce and minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Natural Facial

A prescriptive treatment using products selected to suit your needs. Make-up removal, double cleanse, double tone, hot towels, face mask and relaxing facial massage.  Treatment also includes a hand massage.

After your treatment I can prepare a set of products tailored for your skin:  set comprises of an eye make up remover, cleanser, toner, moisturising oil and eye gel for £15.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is carried out with you sitting comfortably in a chair and the treatment is given over light clothing. If you prefer the use of oils the neck and shoulders would need to be uncovered.  The treatment concentrates on pressure points and covers the scalp, face, neck and shoulders to relax tight muscles, detoxify and induce a sense of peace and deep relaxation.

£25 for 30 minutes

Refresh & Relax

Combining two of my most popular therapies this treatment starts with a back massage to release tension in the neck and shoulder areas and is followed by a deeply relaxing and refreshing natural facial (make-up removal, double cleanse, double tone and relaxing facial massage).

Introductory offer £35 for 45 minutes

Infant Massage

A course of 4 classes, teaching parents and carers how to massage their babies. The course covers the benefits of loving nurturing touch for bonding and to help with common concerns such as colic and constipation.  Sessions are approximately 60-90 minutes to include settling in time for babies.
 

£60 per course per person (minimum of 3 babies for group classes) or 1 to 1 sessions available at rate of £35 per session.  Please contact me for further details.

The above treatments have been developed to provide a variety of relaxing experiences for you.  If you would prefer a tailor-made treatment, incorporating a combination of the above therapies, then please ask and I am happy to work out something bespoke for you.

What to expect

At your first appointment we will go through a client consultation form together to assess your individual needs and check your medical history/general well being and also look at your lifestyle.  This is a holistic approach - not just looking to treat the symptoms of stress, aches or pains but also looking at the possible causes.  Treatments are therefore tailored to your individual needs.  Please allow up to 15 minutes for the consultation.  There is no charge for this. 

Modesty is strictly observed and I will leave the room for you to get ready.  I will also talk you through your treatment before I start and check with you during your treatment that you are comfortable. 

I bring my massage table with me for most treatments and I will also come fully equipped with towels and oils etc.

For Infant Massage sessions oils and full information packs are provided.  The only equipment you will need is a changing mat and 2 towels.   I will demonstrate all massage strokes using a life size doll and only you will touch your baby.  Group sessions are held within the comfort of your own home and this could be done with your antenatal/postnatal/NCT friends.  This is a great way to keep in touch with each other and to share your experiences together.  Please call me for further information.
